- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Using 4 containers that are able to be placed in freezer, fill each with approximately 1/4 cup blueberries. Cover the blueberries with 1/2 cup yogurt, sprinkle with cinnamon and cover with top or at least plastic wrap. Place in freezer until yogurt has frozen over the berries.
