Preheat oven to 400°F. Line muffin pan with cupcake wrappers.
Mix together flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl whisk together the yogurt, milk, vanilla, eggs, honey, and olive oil.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry, and mix until just blended (do not over-mix); fold in the berries.
Pour batter into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Allow to cool on wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
