  • 1 1/2 cup wheat berries
  • 4 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1/4 cup, chopped walnuts
  • 1 melon (6″ – 7″ dia) honeydew


  • Place wheat berries and water into a large pot.  Bring to a boil then turn down to low, cover and simmer for 40-60 minutes. Allow wheat to become plump; drain water.
  • Serve berries topped with yogurt and walnuts, honeydew slices on the side.
