  • 4 large egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp, ground black pepper, ground
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 4 medium (3″ dia) apple
  • 4 bagel bagel, wheat


  • Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat. Crack eggs one at a time and cook on both sides till no longer runny. Season with salt and pepper. 
  • Serve eggs topped with avocado slices; apples and bagels on the side.
