- 4 large egg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp, ground black pepper, ground
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium avocado
- 4 medium (3″ dia) apple
- 4 bagel bagel, wheat
- Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat. Crack eggs one at a time and cook on both sides till no longer runny. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve eggs topped with avocado slices; apples and bagels on the side.
