  • 4 regular hoagie roll
  • 2 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium carrot

Serve With

  • 3 medium carrot
  • 4 medium clementine


  • Slice rolls in half and spread bottom halves with cream cheese; sprinkle with almonds and hemp seeds.
  • Slice cucumber and avocado, and grate one carrot; add some of each to the cream cheese layer. Close rolls, forming 4 sandwiches; cut each in half if desired.
  • Cut remaining 3 carrots into sticks.
  • Serve sandwiches with carrot sticks and clementines on the side.
