Very Berry Smoothie

  • 2 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 2 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon flaxseed, ground


  • Combine all ingredients plus one cup of ice in a blender, blend until smooth.
