Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (8-1/4″) cucumber
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes tomato, red
  • 1 cup hummus

Instructions

  • Slice cucumber into rounds (remove the skin if you prefer), .  Leave sugar snap peas and tomatoes whole; serve with hummus for dipping.
