- 2 1/2 cup milk
- 2 medium banana
- 1 1/2 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup pineapple
- 2 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice if desired and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately.
