  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 1/4 cup jam, all-fruit
  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat

Serve With

  • 4 ounce colby cheese
  • 2 cup sugar snap peas
  • 2 cup strawberries


  • Spread peanut butter and jelly on four slices of bread; top with second slice of bread. Cut sandwiches with a large food cutter, sealing off the sides (just as with a store-bought uncrustable).
  • Serve with cheese cubes, raw sugar snap peas, and strawberries on the side.
