- 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural
- 1/4 cup jam, all-fruit
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 ounce colby cheese
- 2 cup sugar snap peas
- 2 cup strawberries
- Spread peanut butter and jelly on four slices of bread; top with second slice of bread. Cut sandwiches with a large food cutter, sealing off the sides (just as with a store-bought uncrustable).
- Serve with cheese cubes, raw sugar snap peas, and strawberries on the side.
