Turkey Wrap with Carrots and Fruit

  • 2 medium carrot
  • 2 ounce cream cheese
  • 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
  • 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 4 leaf outer lettuce

Serve With

  • 4 medium carrot
  • 2 medium apple


  • Peel carrots; shred 2 carrots and cut the remaining into sticks. Set aside.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese onto each tortilla.
  • Add shredded carrots to the tortillas, then top with turkey and lettuce. Roll up tightly.
  • Serve wraps with carrot sticks and apple slices on the side.
