- 2 medium carrot
- 2 ounce cream cheese
- 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
- 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 4 leaf outer lettuce
- 4 medium carrot
- 2 medium apple
- Peel carrots; shred 2 carrots and cut the remaining into sticks. Set aside.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese onto each tortilla.
- Add shredded carrots to the tortillas, then top with turkey and lettuce. Roll up tightly.
- Serve wraps with carrot sticks and apple slices on the side.
