- 8 slice whole wheat baguette
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slice (1 oz) Swiss cheese
- 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 4 leaf outer lettuce
- 1 cup grapes
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 4 medium carrot
- Slice and toast baguettes.
- Drizzle toasted baguette with oil. Top one slice of the baguette with cheese, lettuce, turkey, and cut up grapes. Season with pepper. Top with the second slice.
- Serve with carrot sticks.
