  • 4 large pita, whole wheat
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/3 cup spinach

Serve With

  • 4 medium carrot
  • 4 medium peach


  • Slice pita in half and fill each half with (approximately) 1 tablespoon mashed avocado, slice of turkey, slice of cheese and 1/3 cup spinach.
  • Serve with carrots and peach slices.
