- 4 large pita, whole wheat
- 1 medium avocado
- 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- 1 1/3 cup spinach
- 4 medium carrot
- 4 medium peach
- Slice pita in half and fill each half with (approximately) 1 tablespoon mashed avocado, slice of turkey, slice of cheese and 1/3 cup spinach.
- Serve with carrots and peach slices.
