- 1 oz Linguini, fresh
- 1/2 lb turkey, ground
- 3 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp, ground black pepper, ground
- 1 cup spaghetti or marinara sauce
- 1 cup green peas, frozen
- 2 cup grapes
- 1 cup pieces mango
- Begin cooking pasta according to package directions.
- In a large non-stick skillet, cook turkey over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes; add minced garlic, stir and cook until meat is no longer pink; season with salt and pepper. Add sauce to noodles, and sprinkle with green peas. Once heated through, pack for lunch or serve on a plate at home with grapes and mango on the side.
