- 1/2 cup, pieces or slices mushrooms, white
- 1 medium carrot
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
- 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 4 leaf outer lettuce
- 1 medium bell pepper, green
- 2 cup mango cubes, frozen
- Chop mushrooms and grate carrot.
- Mix mushrooms with yogurt and spread evenly onto each tortilla. Add turkey, carrots, and lettuce to each; wrap up tightly and slice into halves.
- Serve with bell pepper slices and mango on the side.
