- 4 large pita, whole wheat
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 2 cup spinach
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 medium apple
- 1 medium bell pepper, red
- Thinly slice cucumber, apples, and bell pepper.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese into each pita; add turkey, spinach, and cucumber and apple slices.
- Serve with pepper slices and any remaining apples and cucumbers on the side.
