Ingredients

  • 4 leaf inner lettuce
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Serve With

  • 4 cup watermelon
  • 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat

Instructions

  • Dice cucumber; peel first if desired.
  • Open each lettuce leaf and layer with hummus, turkey, and cucumbers. Sprinkle with paprika and roll up.
  • Serve with watermelon chunks and crackers on the side.
