- 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2″ – 8″ long) celery
- 1 can tuna, canned in water
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise, light
- 4 bagel bagel, wheat
- 2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium whole (2-3/5″ dia) tomato, red
- 1/4 fruit pineapple
- 2 cup (not packed) COTTAGE CHEESE, LOWFAT
- Chop celery and slice tomatoes.
- Drain tuna, mix in with mayonnaise and chopped celery. Top bagel with tuna, lettuce, slice of tomato.
- Serve with cottage cheese topped with chopped pineapple.
