- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, light
- 5 ounce tuna, canned in water
- 4 regular English muffin, wheat
- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 medium avocado
- 2 cup strawberries
- Mix mayonnaise with drained tuna fish. Spoon tuna salad on an English muffin. Top with alfalfa sprouts and thin slivers of avocado. Serve with a side of strawberries.
