- 1 cup peaches, frozen, sliced
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Ice and/or more milk may be added until the desired consistency is reached.
