  • 1 cup peaches, frozen, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder


  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Ice and/or more milk may be added until the desired consistency is reached.
