- 4 slice bread, sprouted, whole grain
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 4 medium kiwi
- Toast bread and spread with hummus.
- Slice cucumber; peel and slice kiwi.
- Add slices of cucumber to bread, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with kiwi on the side.
