- 1 medium apple
- 4 slice bread, sprouted, whole grain
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Thinly slice apple, while bread toasts. Spread each slice of bread with a small amount of butter, add a few slices of apples, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
