  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1/2 cup jam, all-fruit

Serve With

  • 4 medium orange
  • 4 cup milk


  • Toast bread, then either spread the jam onto each slice in the shape of a heart, or cut the bread into a heart shape using a cookie cutter. (Use raspberry or strawberry jam for Valentine’s Day.)
  • Serve toast with orange wedges and milk on the side.
