Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 4 slice Sandwich Thins, Wheat
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 4 leaf outer lettuce

Serve With

  • 4 stalk celery
  • 4 medium nectarine
  • 4 ounce goat cheese

Instructions

  • Slice tomato and avocado; cut celery into smaller sticks.
  • Divide sandwich thins and spread cream cheese onto the bottom halves. Add tomato, lettuce, and avocado; finish by adding the top halves, forming 4 sandwiches.
  • Serve sandwiches with nectarines and celery on the side, with goat cheese for dipping.
