- 2 cup water
- 2 cup oats, dry
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pieces mango
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup cashews
- Bring water to a boil. Add oats and salt; stir. Allow water to come back to a boil; watch carefully to avoid boiling over.
- Reduce heat to low; simmer to desired thickness, stirring occasionally. Top with mango, coconut, and cashews.
