Tangy Fruity Salad

  • 2 medium apple
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup vinegar, cider
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard, dijon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 7 cup cabbage
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped


  • Chop apples.  In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Cover and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
