  • 4 medium sweet potato
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • Preheat oven to 250° F.
  • Thinly slice sweet potatoes and place on a baking sheet, being careful not to overlap the slices. (It may be necessary to cook in multiple batches.)
  • Drizzle slices with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake for 1 hour, flipping and moving around every 15 minutes. Serve warm.
  • Store any extras in an airtight container or baggie.
