  • 1 medium orange
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup, chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened


  • Peel orange and split into wedges; add to blender with remaining ingredients.  Blend well. Add more milk to obtain desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately.
