  • 2 medium mango
  • 4 medium tangerine (mandarin orange)
  • 2 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds


  • Cut mango into large chunks (if fresh).  Peel and section mandarins.
  • Place about 1/2 cup yogurt in bowl, topped with granola and seeds.
  • Serve immediately with a side of mango and mandarins. Enjoy!
