Servings: 6 3/4 cup
- 1/2 medium onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 cup cilantro
- 1 medium lime
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 medium tomato, yellow
- 4 ounce tortilla chips
- Quarter the 1/2 onion, slice the garlic in half then combine the ingredients, except tomatoes in a food processor by pulsing until evenly chopped. Add tomatoes and pulse until chopped.
- Serve immediately with whole grain tortillas (whole grain crackers are great too!) or simply eat from a small bowl with a spoon! -its that good!!
