  • 2 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 2 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 cup spinach


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender along with 2 cups of ice. Blend until smooth; serve immediately.
