- 2 cup strawberries
- 2 cup flour, whole wheat
- 1 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoon butter, unsalted
- 1 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Dice strawberries. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Using a pastry cutter, cut butter into the dry ingredients until mixture is crumbly. Add strawberries. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Pat dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 12 equal portions.
- Bake for roughly 40 minutes (more or less) or until a stick inserted into the center comes out clean.
