  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 2 cup, whole strawberries
  • 2 cup (8 fl oz) Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 4 tbsp, ground flaxseed, ground


  • Slice strawberries.  
  • Prepare oatmeal according to package directions.  Top each serving with yogurt, sliced strawberries and a sprinkling to flax meal.  (Flax may also be stirred into the oatmeal).
