Strawberry Bagel

We love whole-wheat bagels the way most kids love donuts.  Toasted with honey, slice of melted cheese, fried egg, peanut butter and apples, cream cheese spreads, a delicious spread of liver and spinach (seeing if you are still reading).  Perfect for any meal whether it’s breakfast, snack, or a lunch.

This is a yummy way to eat a bagel.  We always buy the mini-whole-wheat bagels.  This time we toasted the halves and added sliced strawberries, and a spread of lite cream cheese.  It had that yummy crunchy, sweet, smooth and creamy taste to it.  Cereal boy thought it was terrific.  Flip flopper and ketchup boy wouldn’t try it, but cereal boy just said, “Great! more for me!”
