  • 4 medium peach
  • 4 medium kiwi
  • 2 medium banana
  • 2 cup soy milk
  • 2/3 cup vanilla protein powder


  • Wash, peel and cut fruit. Put milk and protein powder in blender, blend until mixed. Put in fruit and blend.  Add ice to desired consistency.
