- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 ounce colby cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
- Cut bread into cubes.
- Cut cheese into cubes.
- Slice lettuce, tomato, and turkey.
- Alternate on skewers to form a “sandwich” with bread on either end of the insides.
