Ingredients

  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 4 ounce colby cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 4 slice turkey breast, deli style

Instructions

  • Cut bread into cubes.
  • Cut cheese into cubes.
  • Slice lettuce, tomato, and turkey.
  • Alternate on skewers to form a “sandwich” with bread on either end of the insides.
