- 4 cup water
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup, chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup cranberries, dried, sweetened
- On the night before serving, place water into a large stock pan and bring to a rapid boil. Once boiling rapidly, add oats. Stir and allow to cook for one minute. Turn off the heat, stir once more, cover and allow to sit on the stove overnight.
- In the morning, add the remaining ingredients, stir and serve.
