Ingredients

  • 4 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup, sliced strawberries
  • 1 medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long) banana
  • 4 tsp, ground flaxseed, ground
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 4 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Heat water to a boil, add salt and oats and return to a boil; reduce to a simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until oats are tender.  
  • Stir in the toppings and enjoy!
