  • 3 cup spinach
  • 1 slices peaches, frozen, sliced
  • 1 cup mango cubes, frozen
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 1 block Tofu, soft


  • Place all ingredients, except tofu, in blender, mix well. Add tofu, blend again until smooth.
