- 8 medium dates, Medjool
- 1/2 cup oats, dry
- 1/8 cup hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- Add dates, oats, hemp, and cinnamon to a food processor or high-powered blender. Pulse until mixed well.
- Shape into balls, then roll in coconut flakes.
