Shakin’ Up Snacktime

Ingredients

  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup peaches, frozen, sliced
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  • Pulse a few times to mix, then blend until smooth. Add ice if desired until the desired consistency is reached.
