Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pie spice together in a medium sized bowl, and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet. Mix just until combined, taking care not to over-mix.
Pour an even amount of batter into each muffin cup. Bake for 11-15 minutes. Check at 11 minutes by inserting a toothpick into the center of a muffin. If it comes out clean the muffins are done baking; if not, continue baking until done.
Serve warm with kiwi slices.
