- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium onion, red
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
- 4 slice (1 oz) cheddar cheese
- 4 leaf outer lettuce
- 4 medium carrot
- 2 medium banana
- Mix mayo with chili powder; slice avocado and red onion into thin strips; peel carrots and cut into sticks; and cut bananas in half.
- Spread mayo mixture onto 4 bread slices, then top with remaining ingredients; finish with remaining slices of bread, forming 4 sandwiches.
- Serve sandwiches with carrot sticks and bananas on the side.
