Ingredients
- 10 standard cupcake liners
- 10 wooden skewers
- 1 head lettuce
- 1/2 medium cucumber
- 4 medium radish
- 1 medium carrot
Instructions
- Place a cupcake liner onto each skewer.
- Chop lettuce into bite-sized chunks. Slice cucumber, radishes, and carrots.
- Layer vegetables onto the skewers.
- Serve with favorite dressing.
