- 12 medium carrot
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tsp, ground BASIL, DRIED, GROUND
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp, ground black pepper, ground
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees; peel and chop carrots into 3 inch long strips; toss in a large bowl with seasonings and oil; spread on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
