Refried Bean & Veggie Wrap

  • 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 16 ounce refried beans, canned, fat-free
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 2 cup mango cubes, frozen


  • Dice tomatoes and slice avocado.
  • Lay out tortillas. Add an even amount of beans, spinach, tomatoes, and avocados to each. Wrap up tightly.
  • Serve with mango on the side.
