- 4 slices bread, Italian
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 4 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut bread into cubes. Divide in half and then evenly distribute amongst 4 ramekins (or custard cups). Sprinkle with raspberries and cream cheese and top with the remaining bread cubes.
- Whisk eggs, milk and syrup together and pour over each dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
