Raspberry French Toast Bake

  • 4 slices bread, Italian
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 large egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup, pure


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut bread into cubes.  Divide in half and then evenly distribute amongst 4 ramekins (or custard cups). Sprinkle with raspberries and cream cheese and top with the remaining bread cubes.
  • Whisk eggs, milk and syrup together and pour over each dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
