Ingredients

  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 12 ounce prosciutto
  • 4 leaf outer lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 1 medium avocado

Serve With

  • 4 medium apple
  • 2 medium carrot

Instructions

  • Toast bread.
  • Slice prosciutto, then cut into quarters; slice tomato and avocado; peel carrots and cut into sticks.
  • Top one slice of toast with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and prosciutto; top with a second slice of toast, forming 4 sandwiches.
  • Serve with apple slices and carrot sticks on the side.
