  • 8 stalk celery
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, low fat
  • 2 medium apple
  • 2 medium carrot


  • Cut celery into quarters, being sure to remove the rough ends.  Fill with cream cheese.
  • Dice apple; peel and dice carrots.
  • Top celery with bits of apples and carrots.  Kids can pick the produce off to eat separately or crunch along with bites of the celery.
