- 8 stalk celery
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, low fat
- 2 medium apple
- 2 medium carrot
- Cut celery into quarters, being sure to remove the rough ends. Fill with cream cheese.
- Dice apple; peel and dice carrots.
- Top celery with bits of apples and carrots. Kids can pick the produce off to eat separately or crunch along with bites of the celery.
