Power Boost Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 medium banana
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 4 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and mix well. Add more coconut water as needed; it may be easier if ingredients are split in half, making only 2 servings at a time.
  • Garnish with a pineapple or banana slice if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
