- 2 medium banana
- 1 cup pineapple
- 2 cup coconut water
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 4 teaspoon chia seeds
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and mix well. Add more coconut water as needed; it may be easier if ingredients are split in half, making only 2 servings at a time.
- Garnish with a pineapple or banana slice if desired.
- Serve immediately.
