Servings: 4 1 pizza tortilla, 1/2 cup mango, 1/2 cup edamame

  • 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
  • 4 serving turkey pepperoni
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 12 wooden skewers
  • 1 cup spaghetti or marinara sauce

Serve With

  • 2 cup mango cubes, frozen
  • 2 cup edamame, shelled


  • Add pepperoni, cheese, and spinach to each tortilla.
  • Roll up tightly, slice into pinwheels, and skewer each like a little lollipop. Use marinara sauce for dipping.
  • Serve with cubed, frozen mango and edamame on the side.
